- We will be happy to repair your cable when there is a problem. There is a fee if the problem is not in our equipment, so you will want to check a few simple things before you call.

|  Channels in wrong order and/or poor reception  poor reception  Be sure your cable box and/or VCR are set on channel three. If they are not, you will get bad pictures, and they may not be on the channels they should be on. We often get this type of service call after the grandchildren have been to visit. | |

|  No Reception  Broken or Cut Lines  If the cable lines to your home are cracked or broken, you will not be able to receive your signal and the screen will be blank. If you have blank screen, check your line. Often they are broken by falling limbs, or if you have underground, they can be cut while digging. You will need to call for service to repair this problem. | |

|  Local Channels snowy and/or have static  Co-Channelling (tropospheric ducting)  The result of temperature inversion in the atmosphere (warm days & cool nights) This causes radio & t.v. waves to bounce around more & to travel farther than usual. Therefore you may be receiving several stations on one channel. Usually a change in weather conditions clears this up. Unfortunately there is no fix for this problem. | |
