- General Rules: Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions are permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, if prize becomes unavailable. - Releases: All Grand, First and Second Prize winners (or his/her parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release, except where prohibited, within ten (10) days of notification before prize is awarded. If winner fails to return the affidavit of eligibility within ten (10) days or if winner is ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all eligible entries received. If potential winner is not reachable at the address provided and a forwarding address is not made available or if prize is returned as undeliverable, then the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection. Entry constitutes permission to use winner's name, address, quotes, utterances and likeness for promotional or business purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law; and all winners, by acceptance of a prize, agree to release Sponsor and Releasees from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses of any kind to persons and property.
