Well ever since Booger Bash was cancelled a couple of years ago we have had a big hole in our schedules during the fall months. Well no one needs to worry anymore because the car and truck club, Pebble Pushers really stepped up with a great show this year at a great facility.
The show was held at Fieldcrest-Cannon Stadium home of the Kannapolis Intimidators minor leauge baseball team. I rolled in friday night during a torrential rain storm with my car club Syndicate Customs, and there where already several clubs present and setting up tents to camp.We woke up saturday morning to a great day and lines of minitrucks and compacts that would all compete for bragging rights at one of the premier new east coast shows.
I want to stop and give props to Pebble Pushers for one of the best jobs of getting cars and trucks done early so that people could walk around and see some of the phat rides. The night time activities where unreal, supervised and hosted by the world famous D.J Fuzzy.Words cannot even explain the dragging contest with full blown show vehicles throwing sparks for the crowd. There where even two trucks that where unfinished, and bodydropped to the doors dragging the doors off while being towed by a f-150.
The trophy presentation went off without a hitch and when it was scheduled to.If you get a chance check out www.pebblepushers.com and mark your calendars for next years scr8pfest 6 it is worth any amount of travel and skipping work.
