Volume Discounts
for multiple identical units in a single purchase transaction
Ordering 1-9 units:	No discount
Ordering 10-49 units:	30% discount
Ordering 50+ units:	50% discount
If you are a reseller and would like to order significantly more than 50 units, please contact us. Our policies for resellers: We reserve the right to charge for shipping incrementally based on total units. If you don't want to us to charge you for shipping (or you want to control your own shipping costs), you must provide your FedEx, Airborne, or UPS shipping number. Otherwise, we need to charge the following for shipping amounts: 50-200 units: $25.00 200-400 units: $40.00 400-800 units: $80.00 accommodation in SienaOver 800 units: $100.00 (also, please contact us) international resellers (outside US/Canada) should contact us for rates Any order of 200 units or more must be accompanied with a Purchase Order (P.O.) either faxed to us at (617) 558-5406 or mailed to us at: Willow Pond - Reseller Order 56 Winchester Street Newton, MA 02461-1709 Hotelzimmer in Hvolsvollur Established resellers can call in their order provided that we receive a P.O. within 24 hours. We require at least 2 days notification for large orders (150+) to allow us fulfillment time prior to shipping out the order. Rush orders (less than 24 hours notice) will be charged an additional $80.00. Unless an ongoing reseller contract is established, any order paid by check will take an additional 3 days to process (to allow time for the check to clear). If this is not acceptable, please pay with a money order or bank check. Resellers will, for the time being, be disallowed from selling to other resellers without prior consent from us. We reserve the right to modify our bulk pricing at any time. If you have any questions about these new policies, please contact us. At this time, we do not have any educational pricing. If you are an educational institution or student, the only discounts we offer at this time are for bulk purchases.

Return Policies
